Each piece is handmade by me in my home studio. I hand stamp each letter so the letters may not be perfectly straight. This adds to the charm of a handstamped, handcrafted piece and also means that no two pieces will be alike. The spacing in between letters and names may not be perfect either, but I always try my best to stamp the letters as perfect as I can make them.

refunds & exchanges
If you have a problem with your order, please contact me within 2 days of receiving it. If it is a custom hand stamped piece, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless I made an error. Because I do not accept returns on personalized items, please make sure everything is spelled correctly before placing your order.

If the item you ordered is not a custom piece, I will gladly accept returns or exchanges. For returns, I must receive the item back in the same condition you received it in order to give you a full refund (minus original shipping charges). You must ship all returns or exchanges back within 7 days of receiving the item. Please contact me before returning an item.

jewelry care
All sterling silver jewelry naturally tarnishes, and there are a lot of other factors that can cause your jewelry to tarnish more quickly. You should always remove your jewelry before swimming or showering. Storing your jewelry in a plastic bag will help prevent tarnishing. For cleaning you can use a jewelry polishing cloth. You should not use jewelry cleaner on hand stamped pieces as it may remove some of the oxidation on the lettering.

payment & sales tax
I currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all Michigan orders.

shipping & delivery
Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for me to create your item(s). During Christmas, Mother’s Day, and the Valentine’s Day holiday seasons, shipping will take longer. I always try my hardest to get orders out as quickly as I can.

I ship using USPS. I offer first class and priority shipping. Please note: Choosing a faster shipping option does not mean your order will be finished sooner. The shipping is on top of the 1 to 2 weeks needed to finish your order.
Once your order is shipped I cannot control how fast it gets to you. I am not responsible if your package gets lost or takes longer to get to you than USPS guidelines. I do use shipping insurance. While not common, the post office does lose packages every once in a while. I am not able to give refunds for lost packages, nor will I be able so ship you out a new item until an insurance claim has been completed.
